“I am Clara”
Quality and attitude

in the Open Meeting

“I am Clara.” is more than an instrument – it is a way to make quality and attitude visible and experienceable in the Open Meeting. At MINE e.V. we use Clara as a central element of our work: for reflection, for further development – and as an expression of our own pedagogical attitude.

Clara stands for clarity, mindfulness and participation. With creative methods, reflection cards and visualizations, it stimulates reflection: about atmosphere, roles, participation and relationship work. It is not about evaluation, but about awareness.

I am Clara – reflection with attitude

Clara as a quality feature

For us at MINE e.V., “Ich bin Clara” is lived quality:

It promotes the joint self-reflection in the team, makes social work visible in the open meeting, and strengthens our pedagogical orientation.

Clara creates spaces where questions are more important than answers and relationships more important than structures. This is how we understand quality in the mother and family center.

Part of an attitude – not just a tool

Clara is not an external tool, but an expression of our core values: openness, eye level, diversity and empowerment. It serves as an educational compass for our daily work – and supports us in making the Open Meeting conscious, participatory and family-oriented.
